How we make our shaker doors
All of our joinery is made in-house at our workshop in surrey. This allows us much less time at your property so that you can get on with your life and we will let you know when its ready. Our rails and styles are made from 22mm moisture resistant MDF which is grooved on the sides to allow for a 9mm panel to sit into. This is the most stable way of building shaker doors and this design method hasnt changed in centuries.
We aim to build the carcasses at our workshop and do most cutting there. The only cutting that is required at your property is the filler panels around your wardrobe.
