Step two

Firstly your property and possessions are our number port of call,  our bathroom installer  will lay suitable floor protection in our working areas. Move/cover any furniture. And cover any floor coverings where access is required to your bathroom or shower room, will be covered. 

Once the old bathroom has been safely removed, our team of plumbers will then make any necessary adjustments to suit your new layout. Adjustments will  be made for the waste pipes for the toilet, shower, bath, and the basin  to suit your new suite. The new pipe work will be tested, then walls will be made good and primed, ready for tiling.

We are some times asked to skim the ceiling and install spotlights or maybe a new extractor fan. This will happen at this stage. Then the ceiling will normally be painted before we start to tile the walls. 

Next our experienced tiler will come on site and fit your desired wall and floor tiles, the style you want them laid then he will grout the tiling. Now all your new sanitary will be installed, including toillets, sinks or vanity units, shower screens and fixtures and fttings. We some times fit LVT vynal click flooring, this would be installed at this stage, then itll be covered with floor protection for the final touching up Siliconing and any making good.

Step 3

The clean up, now that your dream bathroom is installed, lets get out of your way so that you an now enjoy it. we will wipe down any dusty surfaces, remove all the floor protection. Hoover up and make your house spick and span, the way we found it. All our rubbish will then be disposed by our licensed waste carrying team.
