EPCs and Englefield Green Homes

Englefield Green sits between Egham and Windsor Great Park, and its housing runs the full range. There are Victorian and Edwardian houses near the Green, substantial detached property towards the Park and Bishopsgate, interwar and post-war semis through the middle of the village, and a large stock of houses rented to Royal Holloway students, often in multiple occupation.

The older houses near the Green carry solid walls and original windows, which hold ratings down unless work has been done. The interwar and post-war stock is more straightforward, with cavity walls that can be filled and conventional roofs.
