Before...

Here is both a before and after picture of a particular ensuite we've just installed.

We removed all the sanitary ware, adjusted waste pipe for the bath, adjusted the pipework for a consealed shower mixer. The walls were lined in plasterboard so it needed to be replaced before we could start to tile the walls.

The floor had underfloor heating from a ground source heat pump, so upon removing the tiles we needed to be extremely careful not to damage the subfloor that contained the pipework. The tiles on the floor failed previously as they where tiled straight onto the chipboard flooring. So we fitted a decoupling matting prior to tiling to allow the subfloor to move and the tiles to stay put.
